The Rive di Refrontolo 'Col del Forno' by Andreola, selection "Le Rive", is a Valdobbiadene with exclusive characteristics drawn from soils dating back 100,000 years, before the last ice age. The 4 hectares of gentle sloping vineyards at around 200 meters above sea level are located at the eastern edge of the Rive di Refrontolo denomination area. A brut of balanced and elegant complexity, with gentle yet determined effervescence. It has aromas of apple, cedar, lime, blood orange, and a pleasant hint of nougat. Elegant, savory, dry, and velvety. Despite its distinct personality, it proves to be versatile and pairs successfully with every dish, from fish to white meats, delicate cured meats, and medium-aged cheeses.
