Langhe DOC 'Monsordo' Ceretto is a red wine with a international profile, born in the Tenuta Monsordo Bernardina in Alba. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah, it is vinified separately in steel and aged for 16 months in French oak tonneau, which impart softness, harmony, and woody notes. On the nose, it releases marasca, wild berries, cherry in alcohol, jam, and spices. On the palate, it is complex, structured, and enveloping, with integrated tannins, balanced freshness, and a long and spicy finish. Excellent paired with red meats, braised dishes, game, aged cheeses, and spicy dishes with a strong flavor. An elegant wine that tells the story of the Langhe with a contemporary spirit.
