The Biodynamic Honey Millefiori by Apenocciola is produced from the nectar of several species, mostly acacia, lime, chestnut, dandelion and honeydew. The honey is extracted, stored and put into jars without any kind of treatment.

The farm Apenocciola Biodynamic, situated in Revigliasco Torinese at the edge of the Parco della Maddalena in Piedmont, certified ICEA and Agri.Bio.Dinamica. Julius, with his wife Daisy, his son Esteban and the Baba Yaga dog lead the company according to the biodynamic. Respecting the bees, complying with the requirements without force, produce honey which contains the solar forces that bees have condensed with love and dedication and the valuable pure beeswax.
The Hazelnut oil is entirely produced hazelnuts of the Tonda Gentile varieties (Piedmont hazelnuts IGP) grown and pressed in the company. The hazelnuts are shelled, cold pressed without the use of solvents. The oil obtained is clarified patiently for natural and bottled sedimentation without the use of filters according to the calendar in accordance with the cosmic influences. So they respect the natural quality of the fruit and the rhythms of nature with delicate extraction. The hazelnut oil is excellent both in the kitchen, with interesting organoleptic and health properties (including powerful antioxidants), and on the skin, natural emollient, rich in vitamin E.
