WINE AND CALDARROSTE A THOUSAND-YEAR TRADITION

Roasted chestnuts have the particularity of being cooked on the grill and for this reason they take on a bitter aftertaste.

The ideal combination with these delicious fruits of the woods is strictly a red wine, young, not of great structure: the chestnut is a simple fruit with a delicate taste, it should be paired with an equally simple wine. We recommend a territorial wine, Valpolicella.
