Historical vine of French viticulture cultivated at the northern limit of the European wine-growing area.

In Trentino it is cultivated in a relatively modest quantity, however it is part of the provincial oenological heritage. It is a vine that requires great commitment both from the winemaker and from the winemaker.

The peculiarities of the typical, modern and captivating Pinot Noir are such as to conquer even the most demanding consumer.

In Trentino it is cultivated only in a few areas, particularly suited, given the not easy environmental adaptability. In addition to the production of still red wine, Pinot Noir (vinified in binaco or rosato) represents a fundamental constituent for the production of sparkling base wines.

Garnet-red in color, it has a pleasant, delicate, complex scent reminiscent of wild cherry and blackcurrant.
